1. Definitions

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hybet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at ₱100. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your hybet account within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. hybet is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions. Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

4.3 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your hybet account to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and verification status. Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-72 hours, though VIP players enjoy expedited processing.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on hybet are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by hybet or players. You agree to play games in good faith, without attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities.

5.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays and Plays

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. hybet will refund stakes for voided bets but is not liable for potential winnings from malfunctioning games. If you notice a game malfunction, you must cease playing immediately and report it to customer support.

5.3 Disconnections

If your connection is lost during gameplay, any incomplete game rounds will generally be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy. For most slots, the round completes automatically and results are available upon reconnection. For live dealer games, existing bets are settled according to actual outcomes, while bets in decision-making phases may be voided and refunded.

5.4 Disputes

All game results are recorded on hybet servers and are final. In the event of a dispute, hybet's records are authoritative. Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the incident. Game provider logs and server records will be consulted to resolve disputes. hybet's decision on disputes is final.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements - slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hybet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse including but not limited to:

• Claiming bonuses with no genuine intent to play (deposit, claim bonus, immediately withdraw)

6.4 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus from your account dashboard at any time. Upon cancellation, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus are immediately forfeited. Your remaining real money balance (if any) remains available.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hybet and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using forged or manipulated documents for identity verification

7.2 Collusion and Cheating

• Colluding with oth er players to gain unfair advantages
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
• Exploiting game glitches, bugs, or errors for personal gain
• Card counting or using external devices/software in live dealer games

7.3 Money Laundering

• Using hybet to transfer funds between parties
• Depositing and immediately withdrawing without genuine gameplay
• Making deposits from sources other than your own funds
• Any activity that could constitute money laundering under applicable law

7.4 Multiple Accounts

• Creating more than one account per person
• Using family members' or friends' accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Creating new accounts after account closure or self-exclusion

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Age Restriction

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• You fail to provide requested verification documents

11.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination:

• Your access to the platform is immediately revoked
• Any active bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited
• Real money balance may be withheld pending investigation of suspected violations
• You may not create a new account on hybet

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure.

12. General Provisions
